Self Promotion Is Not a Four Letter Word

My personal experience with self-promotion isn't exactly the poster board for how to do it well. Like most people, I'd rather spend my time doing just about anything else besides telling the world about myself. Unfortunately, there is a direct correlation between how effective our self promotion efforts are and how many zeroes are in our bank account.
