Self reflection and why it's important

Can you believe it's already the end of 2022? I still can't believe how quickly this year went by, but if you think about it, there really are only 12 months. That's not a long time, but plenty of time all in the same breath. One of the most powerful things you can do for yourself is, to be honest. That can be a tall task I know, trust me self reflection is hard. Especially if you didn't accomplish what you set yourself out to accomplish. When looking back at all the things you have done it's easy to judge and point out what you didn't accomplish. One of the most powerful things you can do for yourself is to give yourself permission to appreciate all that you have accomplished. Learn how to self-evaluate all that you have done and why it's so important, to be honest with yourself. But that doesn't mean you're not worth or worth it, it just means you steered off track and now it's time to get back on. Self-reflection is the key to knowing what worked what didn't work and what you can do differently moving forward. We all want to improve and get better, so let's do just that.
