How we speak to others normally differs from how we speak to ourselves. We tend to be more critical, judgmental, and impatient with how we speak to ourselves than we do to others. Would you speak to your loved ones the way you privately speak to yourself? Would you judge your loved ones with the same harshness the way you judge your looks, your intelligence, or how you even show up to the world? Of course you wouldn't. In this episode, I share how I have spoken to myself and how I am taking the steps to be just as kind and loving to myself as much as I am with others.
