Self Worth!

Hello!Bit of a weird one this week as I'm doing my first Solo Episode in over a year!This episode is a reminder to myself and to anyone else that may need it that we deserve to be happy, we are so much more than our mental and physical challenges!I've been a bit of a hypocrite lately and have been doing the complete opposite to the posts on Instagram reminding people to take care of your mental health and wellbeingI'm glad to say I'm coming through the other side of it but I want this episode to be a reminder to myself and anyone else that no Job, Person or Relationship is worth your mental healthYou deserve to be happy!
