Season 2, Episode #74. Not Me, But You! Podcast. Saving money IN Bitcoin is better than saving money in a bank account. "Investing" money into Bitcoin is a better hedge against inflation than most other assets. What is the BEST performing long term growth asset on the planet? Answer: Bitcoin. Better than any stock. Better than real estate. 

We want to be option contract SELLERS which brings us immediate cash flow. Selling a cash secured put on a stock ties up money until the contract expiration date. But YOU select the expiration date. And if you buy/hold shares of high yield ETF's some of these ETF's/Dividend stocks pay YOU weekly and monthly dividends. This too, will increase your cash flow! 

LEAPS are options contracts you BUY (purchase). With the idea that the stock price will INCREASE and you will make profit. It's possible to purchase a LEAP with an expiration date 12 months or more from now, but it increases in value in just 2 months from now. In that scenario, most people "close out" the position and take a 40% or 50% profit. 

Wealthy people buy/hold assets. They are NOT focussed on buying things! They take money that an asset paid them to purchase a "new thing." Poor people take thier money and DON'T invest and then go buy things instead of assets! 

If you are earning 14% per year, you are doing great! But the interest rate you earn on your invested money REALLY MATTERS! It's important. Do you know how 401K retirments works when you retire? Typically you are offered "an annuity" which is an insurance company product. The insurance company "guarantees" you a set amount of money each month. But they are USING your pile of money to make WAY MORE money than they are "guaranteeing" to pay you each month!
