Sen. Rand Paul Talks Spending Bill, Afghanistan, Impeachment

Sen. Rand Paul is not holding back his disgust for the bloated spending contained in the bills to fund the federal government through September 2020."The nicest thing I can say about them would be they're an abomination," laughed Paul.
