Na semana passada, o STF havia rejeitado o marco temporal, segundo o qual só podem ser demarcadas reservas em áreas ocupadas por indígenas até a promulgação da Constituição, em 1988. A votação no STF também foi concluída ontem, com decisão sobre indenização a donos de terras. Representantes de 17 bancadas temáticas na Câmara se uniram para anunciar obstrução a votações no Congresso como protesto contra decisões do Supremo. As frentes reúnem quase 400 deputados. No Senado, o projeto foi aprovado por 43 votos a 21. O governo pediu rejeição, mas perdeu.
