SEND/The Memories: Flashbacks and Resilience - With Mia Mortimer

Today I welcome Mia to the podcast who has worked within SEND for about 20 years now! When i was at school Marketfield Mia was a helper assistant teacher in my first ever class way back in year 8 Mia say's she has very fond memories and they were so good! we talk about the flashbacks and what we are doing now! We talk about the fun times!  We say that every teacher should have a knowledge of Autism and SEND even teacher replacements it's important to know your students individually. I talk about autism trauma on mainstream and how Mia says how much I have progressed down these years and the confidence!  We have a great catch up after so long!
