We had a great NOVA practice on Thursday! Check out the video for the 13th of July for the NOVA practice.For Friday’s practice we are going to try to ride a bit of the energy from the previous practice to send us into the weekend with some momentum.The focus will be on quality sprints…interspersed throughout practice, along with some aerobic maintenance work. This is how we are going to spend our last week preparing for summer champs next weekend.
