Marianne is immediately on board with the idea, ready to overlook her objections to Mrs. Jennings in the hopes of finally reuniting with Willoughby. Elinor, on the other hand, is less enthused. But her mother and sister ultimately convince her, and before long, the two eldest Dashwoods are on their way to town.
