In this conversation, we talked to our benevolent overlord, Sensei Gordon, about what he learned from a year-long cross country trip with his family, the hardest thing about being a leader, and the belief in each other as a community.   This conversation reminds me of an African proverb, which says that “If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
