Sensual Abundance #017: Managing Your Energy Before You Create Content

I got an email this morning from a fellow creator who accused me of copying her content. I pride myself on my originality and creativity and felt sure she had to be confusing me with someone else . I wrote back to set it straight and sadly, she is certain of her opinion :( It sucks to know someone thinks of me as a content thief!  Here's what's important though... I can't control what she thinks. I CAN control how I manage my energy around the situation. I could take responsibility for her incorrect assumptions. (I didn't) I could let it ruin my morning - or my whole day. (I didn't!) I could shake it off and move ahead powerfully. (I did!) A shower, skin care and a hot cup of coffee helped me to reset my attitude and 'shake off' the accusations and accompanying bad energy. This is important to be as a creator - because the the energy I bring to spicy content is going to have a long term impact on my customers.  Good energy brings customer back again and again.
