We grow up hearing that sexuality is only about bodies but it’s really about energy and perception. Sexuality divides things into categories, but sensuality connects them again. It’s how we feel the world through our five senses touch, sound, taste, sight, and smell and how spirit experiences life through the body. Ancient cultures knew that the physical and the spiritual weren’t separate; they’re the same dance seen from two sides. When you truly feel life instead of judging it, every breath, every moment, becomes sacred. Sensuality is how we remember that we are spirit, living inside a body that wants to feel.The Big Lesson Sexuality describes our differences, but sensuality reveals our unity. When you open your senses fully, you realize that love isn’t only between people it’s between you and all existence.These texts and audios are inspired by Matias De Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020 / 21.
