As we continue our Life on Mission series on Live in the Light, Pastor Robbie Symons looks at Matthew 5 and what it means to be Salt and Light in this world. We are sent with a purpose—to be used wherever God has placed us to delay the decay of this world. But even as we carry this calling, we wrestle with our weakness. What happens when sin enters our hearts, our purpose is clouded, and the light we’re called to shine grows dim? In that conviction, we find grace—grace from a loving God, drawing us back to Him so we can shine brightly once again.
