This week’s recommended tool is Search Analytics for Sheets.It's a Sheets Extension that connects to Google Search Console. It makes it way easier to see the data at a glance and use conditional formatting to find various things. For example, I was looking for pages on my website that ranked on the first page that have a lot of impressions for a test I was going to do. This extension brings all the data in and then I do filtering and formatting to find that way faster than clicking around inside Google Search Console.Peek inside my toolbox for all my tools.🎧 This week’s recommended podcast episode is The Cost of People-Pleasing, Why We Do It + How to Stop from the Terri Cole Show. I think she did a similar episode before and I shared that one, but this shit isn't something you can digest overnight. It takes months or years for us to consume and soak up the learnings. Oh, back to my point… what made me think in this one is where she talked about how just going with the flow could be considered a form of people pleasing. When we do that, we're making it comfortable by not expressing our true thoughts around whatever the subject is because of whatever we're afraid will happen.
