Separate Bot Sleep Controls For Manual And Workflow Messages

SilverCore.io CRM now separates the previous single “send bot to sleep” option into two independent toggles—one for manually sent messages and one for workflow or automation messages—plus a “Reactivate bot after” checkbox and timer to schedule when the bot wakes. Adjust these settings in AI Agents → Conversation AI when editing a bot. The change reduces unintended pauses, creates cleaner human-to-bot handoffs, and helps businesses, marketers, and agencies manage leads and customer interactions more reliably.
