Separating Fact from Fiction: Navigating The Rabbit Hole

This week we discuss what happens when we are trying to separate fact from fiction, and we get lost going down the rabbit hole of data. On the surface this may seem like a harmless activity, however it kick starts distressing rumination loops and the insatiable quest for the "answer."
