Because it confronts quite a bit of our own guilt, shame and "responsibility" to remain "informed" about all of the events our collective narrative chooses to share with us regarding ALL of the terrible things in the world...   There is a point in your journey where you will be more aware of how important it is to be the light and love you came here to be... and you know this so powerfully because of all of the traumatic events in your own life... They are what has lead to the inner questions that allowed you to "wake up" to who you truly are in the first place...  The next part of this journey will be the understanding that just like your subjective conscious or spiritual awakening to who you are... The collective consciousness is ALSO going through an awakening ..  And inside of that process is the presentation of all of the unwanted things that are happening all over the world... It is consistent and it is powerful.. and it almost demands your attention .. But that is the point...  it needs your attention in order for it to maintain its power... and it uses guilt and shame to make sure you keep your attention on it...  When you wake up to who you truly are... you will be tested as the love and light you are trying to embody... and you will be asked to walk through all of this collective experience and STILL allow yourself to focus on and project that happiness and love into a world that may not be ready to accept it fully yet....  And THAT is why YOU and your journey are so important ....
