Gary Raney is a former sheriff in Ada County, Idaho. He worked in law enforcement for decades and understands the history and nuances of different groups that have varying interpretations of the Constitution and views of our social contract. This is a part of Idaho that I am very unfamiliar with personally, so hearing his explanation and perspective was enormously valuable.
