Op de hoogste verdieping van de Gentse Boekentoren ontvangt Nic Balthazar chef-kok Seppe Nobels. Seppe was jarenlang chef en inspirator van Graanmarkt 13, het beste groenterestaurant van de Benelux. Hij staat aan het hoofd van Instroom, een opleidingsrestaurant waar hij samen met asielzoekers kookt. Een restaurant van topniveau, dit najaar beloond met een groene Michelinster. 'De inzichten' werd samen met deMens.nu ontwikkeld als vrijzinnig humanistisch alternatief op de tv naast de erediensten.
