She understands the self-doubt new nurses face and is here to remind them they are enough and capable of greatness.Dr. Laurent encourages nurses who feel bored, tired, or frustrated to seek meaningful and impactful careers. She believes in falling and getting up, pushing harder towards dreams, and viewing rejection as redirection.
