Here my digestion of the events around September 11 in 2001 - that I experienced as a Brooklyn resident back then. The song is not about September 11 itself but about the disastrous chain of events after it happened: The war in Afghanistan and later in Irak and the war on terror in general. This song is about loosing sense of words and their meaning: "Norden ist Süden und Frieden ist Krieg" "North is south and peace is war"
