On this week’s News and Flashback Fun mini episode .. to quote a song from an about-to-turn-30-Halloween-Seasons-old film “What’s this? What’s this? I can’t believe my eyes . I must be dreaming”. … it turns out Hayao Miyazaki is NOT retiring after the release of “ The Boy and The Heron” after all and our old friends Jack Skellington , Oogie Boogie, Sally the rag doll and the rest of the gang are returning to theaters next month. Plus lots of new things are coming to Disney parks. For flashback Fun in honor of my late grandmother Betty ( who turns a heavenly 99 years old today) , I take a look back at three of her favorite films including a classic black and white film from 1962 that was Robert Duvall’s film debut .
