The Texas Longhorns will leave the friendly confines of Austin, Texas for their matchup with the Rice Owls, playing a neutral-site game at NRG Stadium in Houston. Big 12 play is on the horizon and Texas is coming off of a loss to the LSU Tigers that exposed some areas that the Longhorns need to improve on before heading into conference play.
