Dr. Mistry shares that semen in urine can have a number of root causes, from retrograde ejaculation ( semen entering the bladder rather than exiting the body through the penis) to certain medications used for BPH (enlarged prostate) or high blood pressure. Some men may notice other changes in their urine such as cloudiness or color changes."Will ejaculating be any different for me after my vasectomy?"Your ejaculate should not look any different after your vasectomy. The only change that occurs is a small portion of ejaculate in the form of sperm; other than this there should be no noticeable changes in appearance or volume.
