It’s all about something every kid needs to hear (even Pastor Justin did when he was growing up): 📖 Proverbs 6:20 (CSB) 👉 “My son, keep your father’s command, and don’t reject your mother’s teaching.” 💡 What does this mean? Your parents aren’t perfect (none of us are), but they love you and want to lead you toward wisdom. They’ve lived more life, made more mistakes, and have more experience than you. Honoring them isn’t just about following rules—it’s about learning to receive wisdom. ✅ In this episode, kids will learn: Why the Bible connects obedience to wisdom How Jesus Himself honored His earthly parents (Luke 2:51) Why boundaries from your parents are often gifts, not punishments 📱 Example: When your mom says, “Put your phone away,” it may feel frustrating—but she might be protecting your mental health, sleep, or time with God.
