September 7, 2023: Greene County imposes restrictions on municipal water use; Charlottesville sale of West Main sliver is on hold

Today is Day 250 of Year 2023, with another 115 to go until we all take a leap into the next year. The relevance of these numbers will depend on the reader or listener’s perception of time.
