Bob is the author of Deep Story: A Complete Guide for Creating Transformational Visitor Attractions, which distills the principles he has developed throughout his career for designing experiences that do more than entertain or inform. His Deep Story approach begins by identifying the transformation an organization wants to create and then designing the experience around the emotions, memories, decisions, and behaviors that can produce that change. Through his writing and work at BRC Imagination Arts, Bob helps businesses and institutions think beyond simply capturing attention and instead create meaningful experiences that can change what customers understand, feel, trust, remember, recommend, and ultimately do. Mark Sims – Managing Principal at ConsultMSG For the most part, buyers are going to pay for value that they can see and that they can transfer.
