September feels like a natural reset. (09.03.26)
from 6:00 AM CLUB CALL · host Robin and Lee
Summer is winding down, schedules are getting back to normal, and it’s a great time to take another look at our routines — especially how we start our day. This morning we talked about creating a morning routine that gives YOU a little time before the world starts asking things from you.Maybe that means getting up a little earlier. Time for prayer or spiritual growth. Meditation. Journaling. Reading. Exercise. Or simply a few quiet minutes to get centered before the day begins. But here’s the piece we sometimes miss:A great morning actually starts the night before. Before you go to bed, take a few minutes to get everything that’s swirling around in your head OUT of your head. Write down the unfinished tasks, appointments, follow-ups and things you need to remember tomorrow. And if your brain dump feels like a mess — put it into ChatGPT and ask it to organize it into a prioritized plan for tomorrow. Then you can go to bed knowing you don’t have to hold onto all of it.Wake up. Take care of YOU first. Get centered. Move your body. And then step into your day with intention instead of immediately reacting to it.September = Back to Routine. And sometimes a small change in how you end your night and begin your morning can change the way your entire day feels. ❤️
