Del 3 al 8 de agosto se celebrará en Tapia la XX Festival Intercéltico D´Occidente 2016. Quedará inaugurado esta tarde, a las 19,30 hs, con asistencia del consejero de Cultura, Genero Alonso. Hemos hablado con Martín Fdez. Cascudo, director del Festival, que organiza la banda de gaitas Marino Tapiega, que él dirige también.
