Serendipity Yarn and Gifts

Today we talk to the owners of Serendipity Yarn and Gifts in Buena Vista, CO about owning a yarn shop and the wonderful things they have planned!   It's amazing how a group of knitters gathering at someone's house and doing what they love to do could one day become an inspiration for what is now "Serendipity Yarn & Gifts".   Serendipity first opened it's doors in April and we are now going on our seventh year in business.  As you enter the store you are greeted by an array of gift items that include: jewelry, soaps and lotions, candles, picture frame/home decor, table linens, purses, scarves, and of course, yarns galore...both downstairs and upstairs.  On one wall a description of "Serendipity" is painted with the words - "a gift or talent for accidentally finding the perfect solution or making a happy discovery".  Many women from all over the country have discovered "Serendipity" in their travels ... and the local women have found Serendipity to be a gathering place of friends, all with differing talents, but a common love of creating.   If you act upon what you "love", success is the reward.Like this podcast?  Be sure to leave a comment/review on iTunes to let others know about it.
