???? Cet été, je te propose une nouvelle série : Paroles de cavalières.Dans ce premier épisode, j’ai eu envie de tendre le micro à Marine. Cavalière depuis toute petite, passionnée par l’élevage, elle est ensuite devenue enseignante d’équitation… et on a aussi travaillé ensemble pendant six ans.Marine te partage son chemin avec les chevaux, son métier, ses choix, ses doutes, ses remises en question… et son expérience au sein de mon centre équestre, Cheval Brocéliande. Un lieu familial, avec une école d’équitation et une grosse activité touristique, qui s’est peu à peu transformé — au fil des années et des expériences — en un véritable laboratoire vivant : comment réinventer un centre équestre pour qu’il réponde vraiment aux besoins de chacun ?Les besoins des chevaux, bien sûr, mais aussi ceux des élèves, des enseignants… et même ceux de l’entreprise elle-même.Si tu es cavalier·e, enseignant·e, ou simplement curieux·se de ce que l’équitation peut devenir quand on remet du sens et de l’humain au centre… cet épisode devrait vraiment te parler.????
