Series 1 Round-up Bonus Episode with Roseanna Croft

Here is a round-up of the first season of Design Your Legacy. Episode one opens with Professor Amanda Croft, mother to Roseanna Croft and CEO of a Health Board in Scotland.  She started as a nurse after being told she wasn’t even good enough for that.  The season kicks off as she talks about resilience and the legacy she leaves her girls. Next we chat with Poppy Delbridge, who amongst other roles is an amazing coach who gives some really meaningful advice on listening to your intuition and living a life of purpose. Alex Depledge MBE, gave Roseanna some incredible advice during a chance meeting in 2019 and it stayed with her.  She’s led multiple companies and in her episode, she gives some really strong advice about following your dreams. London blogger, Scarlett Roittman shares how she came to start her blog Diary of a Londoness. She shares her passion for art and culture but also for her desire to pass on her legacy in the form of books and art collections that she herself inherited but also in jewellery that hold meaningful memories and stories. Dr Catherine Baudino was an academic now turned coach and mentor to executives, supporting them up the ladder, in life and in retirement. Her legacy is her humour and being able to defuse a complex situation and she tells the story of an engagement ring. Finally Lorraine Pringle, founder of LOCA, a private community for brands and influencers.  She’s a lady who saw a need in the market and filled it. The meaning of legacy to Lorraine, is about what you leave behind, having fun and the fact that you’ve made a difference in the world. There is legacy is jewellery as well as she says it’s part of how we are remembered because jewellery shows personality and for her, more is more.
