Fred Ottman had built a strong career in the WWF with gimmicks like Tugboat who hung and bung with Hulk Hogan on the deck of the titanic....and Typhoon, the red version of Earthquake!  However he would live in wrestling history when in 1993 he headed to WCW and became the Shockmaster! We will follow his journey through that wall, as we check out his career in full from Georgia, through Memphis, Germany and Japan!  There may be no shocks here but still somebody had Better Call Creative!
