Tania discussed how vulnerability and living authentically are a keystone to living with a healthy mind and what the brain really does for the body according to spirit. Tania and Nette both received a message from spirit that helped bring the pieces together for what the purpose of each of their roles are within the process of the podcast, Tania as the living example, which she is not too pleased about, and Nette as the narrator.
