Dr Tamsin Holland Brown is a paediatrician, innovator and clinical lead of the NHS ⁠Clinical Entrepreneur Programme⁠. She founded ⁠Hear Glue Ear⁠ - a device and app which is transforming the lives of children with temporary hearing loss.
