A comment, assumption, fear, piece of gossip, or negative thought can take root and begin changing the way we see ourselves, other people, and even our circumstances. But here's something important to remember: Not every thought deserves to be believed, and not every seed deserves to be watered. This episode challenges us to stop and ask, “Is this actually true?” Instead of watering fear, gossip, bitterness, suspicion, and doubt, we can choose to water faith, truth, forgiveness, grace, encouragement, and hope.
