Serious concern over Carrick wastewater treatment plant

Serious concern has been raised over the wastewater treatment plant in Carrick in Donegal.The system is said to be currently operating at overcapacity and this has led to fears that it'll put a halt to potential development and future growth in the area.It has led to urgent calls for an environmental impact assessment to be carried out.Local Cllr Jimmy Brogan believes that the thorough investigation and the appropriate action are urgently needed:
