Good morning! We are just a few weeks away from November 3rd and our "Grand Opening" celebration at 721 North Parkway! It's hard to believe that next Sunday will mark our final meeting here in the Crowne Plaza. I hope you will take opportunity in the next few weeks to intentionally invite someone to join you in worship on the 3rd. Perhaps it's a co-worker, a fellow student, a neighbor, a friend, or someone who's just been out of church for a while. Grab a promotional card on your way out today to take to them. Tell them you want to see them there. It's going to be an awesome day to celebrate together all that the Lord has done for us and look forward to a new season of continued growth & ministry. Today, we continue our series "Gospel Meets Life," turning our attention to how the gospel relates to our possessions. God speaks to us often in the Bible about our attitude toward money & material belongings because He knows their dangerous deception & their direct correlation with our hearts. Our hearts are meant to treasure God, not possessions. As we learn deepening satisfaction, identity, and faith in Jesus we will be freed from materialism for a life of generosity toward God and others. We're so glad you're here!
