What this episode covers
Episode: Sermon for the Mounted – Part Nine: Hard Lessons from the Narrow Gate In this installment of our “Sermon for the Mounted” series, we examine the profound nature of our relationship with the Creator and the discipline required to walk the narrow path. We move past the idea of “fairness” and instead focus on the character required of a believer when the world is “riding crooked.” Key topics in this episode include: The Power of Persistence: Why “pestering” the Father is actually a sign of a healthy, dependent relationship and an acknowledgment that He is our only true source. Redefining the Golden Rule: Understanding Matthew 7:12 not as a contract for fair treatment from others, but as a command for our own conduct, regardless of external circumstances. The “Person Gate”: A look at the narrow gate—not as a wide interstate for the masses, but as a walkthrough gate built for one rider at a time, leading away from the noise and into the wilderness of true purpose.
