" Gather together oh Nation not desired " from Zephaniah 2 As we continue in Leviticus Jesus commands us to be separated from the nations around us \ the ways of the world which are all.around us & gather together but to gather together right.We read about Josiah in 2 kings 23 & how he discovered the book of the law and turned the whole nation / kingdom back to the ways of God with prayer fasting, praise and worship. Look at the direction from the perspective of us in the new testament as kingly priests of Jesus. Jesus gives us basic guidelines to being clean and presentable in the perspective of the old and new testament. Not in the rigid ways of the modern day religious system churches which have so many do's and dont's it has taken us away from our relationships with Jesus. Jesus wants us to gather together and to come before him with a willing heart presentable, clean spiritually and physically.
