In Acts 20, Paul is encouraging the elders of churches to be on guard for false teachers, and to protect their churches from wolves who seek to do harm. The analogy Pastor Bill relates this too is from the book of John, where Jesus teaches us the difference between Shepherds, and Hired Hands.
