Amen, amen. Hey, let's stay standing. Give Jesus a round of applause for what he's doing. And I wanna specifically pray for the women in the room.

I wanna specifically pray for the women in the room. It's Mother's Day. And we believe as a community that every woman is meant to be an Azer. And what that means is in the book of Genesis, when God creates Eve, he calls her Azer in Hebrew.

And what that means is that she is to be a fierce warrior helper. And he gives himself the name, Azer. So he calls himself an Azer through scripture. And it's usually within the context of like battle warrior God.

And coming to the aid of his people. And so that's what he calls the women of the kingdom. That's what he calls women globally. And he's calling all the women of our community, whether you're a mother biologically or not.

He's calling you as a mom. He's calling you as a mother in the spirit. And so whether you're gonna adopt children, whether you're gonna have bare children yourself, whether you're going to adopt children spiritually and invest in people that are older than you, younger than you, whether you're an aunt. Whatever your storyline is, God is calling you as an Azer and as a mother spiritually.

And so we just wanna honor all the women in the room. So if there's a woman standing next to you, you can just, if she's willing to, she's like, yeah, don't touch me. You honor that, okay? And that don't feel bad if you're like, yeah, don't touch my shoulder.

But if you want, if you're comfortable with that, you can like give a nod and say, yeah, you can touch my shoulder. And we're gonna put a hand on the shoulders of the women in the room, we're gonna pray for them, all right? Thank you Lord. We always honor people around us in their personal space and boundaries, okay?

Jesus, we thank you for all of the women of this community and those that are visiting. And we declare, we put them in their rightful place of honor as those that are mother-in-fierce warriors in the spirit. Lord, we thank you that you've given them fierce leadership to actually come to the aid and bring wholeness and shalom peace everywhere they go. Lord, I thank you as they step into rooms, as they step into business meetings, around corporate tables, as they step into zooms, as they step into kitchens, as they step into gyms, as they step into workplaces.

Lord, we declare that they are Azers. And Lord, we declare that they are mothers in the spirit. So we just activate them as mothers carrying your heart of nurturing and carrying your heart of fight, just like fierce fighting on behalf of children in Jesus name, amen, amen, amen, all right, you may be seated. You may be seated, man.

If you're a single man in the community, I don't know what you're doing. I really don't, I don't know what you're waiting for. You're gonna be honest. I don't know, I just gotta be honest.

I don't, yes, that's right, Ben said it. A main man accepts responsibility and rejects passivity. And so, if you're waiting, if you're waiting, stop waiting and just ask her. Just, thus say it to Lord, yeah.

I'm taking all my cues from Ben. He's helping me out. We're in agreement up here, okay. Wow.

All right, well, last week I said that we were ending our identity series. And I lied to you. We have one more message for the identity series tonight. And so you can open up your Bibles to Luke 15.

Luke 15. We're gonna start in a parable that Jesus taught. And as we dive into this parable, I wanna give context that for many of us, if we grew up in the church, there's a lot of us that grew up, maybe unsure of what God's disposition towards us is and was. And so, when we're in relationship with the Lord, we're kind of kept guessing it's felt like.

Of is he mad, is he upset, is he frustrated, is he a little indifferent towards me? And what I've discovered over the years is a lot of those mindsets are rooted in Old Testament thinking and Old Covenant thinking. What I mean by this is when you start reading the Old Testament and you look at some of those stories and you actually process some of the stories that you're reading in the Old Testament. How many of you read those Old Testament stories and you're like, this doesn't line up with what I know to be your character?

How many raise your hand? If you're like, you read that passage in Judges and you're like, that doesn't seem like the God that I love, right? And there's that tension that you feel and most of us are a little afraid to just look at that and face it. But the Lord's not afraid of those questions.

And so he wants us to actually dive into those questions and look at those scenarios and go, what is happening right now? Because this isn't the God that I know of the New Testament. And what I wanna do is begin by just demystifying that topic because I think that that topic has actually produced a mindset and a perspective about who God is that has made us try as a community, we've needed to actually go after that topic with fierceness because many of us grew up in that context of being insecure of, we don't know where we stand with the Lord. And the reason why is because if you read the Old Testament, there's things that you have to understand.

The first thing you have to understand is that God doesn't ever change. So he's the same God yesterday, today and forever. That's number one. So it's like, he's the same God of the Old Testament in the New Testament.

But God has decided to say words and whenever he speaks something, he always follows through, okay? And so what happens in the Old Testament is this, God promises I'm gonna send a savior that's gonna make all the wrong things right. And then what he does is that savior is promised through one family line and they're called the nation of Israel. How many of you have ever seen in the Old Testament?

There's a scenario where God's literally wiping out a whole army and like a whole people group. You're going, how does that sit right? Well, God has made a decision in the Old Testament to covenant, make an agreement and a covenant with one people group. And he was showing himself faithful to only one family line, Abraham's family line.

And it's called the Abrahamic Covenant. So God's saying, I'm not showing myself faithful to any other army, any other people group in all of the world. I'm only showing myself faithful to the nation of Israel. So that's why the Old Testament is following that one family line.

But then you start asking the question, well, without family line, he wasn't very nice, right? Because then they're going to exile, there's like plagues breaking out. You're like, what kind of leadership God is this, right? What are you doing?

And the reason why is because he's made a covenant with his people and the covenant is an agreement from his end, but then he also adds in the covenant if you don't keep up your end of the deal, then there's consequences. And it's a covenant that's based on you do this and then you'll get this. You do this and then you'll get curses. You do this and you'll get blessings, right?

And so he's just following through on his word all throughout the Old Testament. And so it feels confusing to us, but he's the God of love. And he's going, I need to protect this family line so that the Savior can come through this family line. Well, then what do we see in the New Testament?

Jesus comes and he says, it's not just for one people group, it's for all peoples, every tribe, every tongue, every nation. He says, I want you to go to D.S. and Mary out to the ends of the earth and open it up, not just to one family, but all the families of the world, right? And so what happens in the church is we read the Old Testament and we're kind of like, are you going to judge me?

Like sin happened and we're reading in the old covenants and we're kind of getting that confused and we're stuck in old covenant thinking. And so as every day we've been hitting hard your new covenant believers, this is your identity, your sons, your daughters, your heirs, your priests, you're the bride of Christ and that we have to understand our identity. And the Lord is calling us into understanding our sonship and that is first. So if you don't understand your sonship, you need to go listen to some messages from our identity series to get that anger in you, okay?

But the tendency can be and the ditch can be that we actually just stop at sonship and don't take the next step into our identity fleshed out. And what sons do in the kingdom is that they serve. God's calling us to be sons that serve. Let's look at Luke 15.

Luke 15, here we go, the parable of the prodigal son. We're gonna start there. Then we're gonna get to Luke 17 in a couple minutes here. Luke 15, verse 11, it says this, and he said there was a man who had two sons and the younger of them said to his father, give me the share of the property that is coming to me.

And he divided his property between them. Not many days later, the younger son gathered all he had and took a journey into a far country. And there he squandered his property in reckless living. Then we look at verse 29, says, but he answered, now this is the other brother.

So there's a younger son and he squanders everything. Many of us know this prodigal son story, right? And this son, we relate with the son because he's kind of like the entitled American, okay? He's the entitled American Western Christian believer, okay?

And he kind of just is like, I am a son and because I'm a son, I get all the blessing, right? So it's like, oh, God loves you, yeah, I know. I know that already. God freaks you, I know.

And it's just kind of, there's not a sobriety of gratitude around what Jesus has actually purchased. And it's just kind of flippin', right? And what he does is there's pride and entitlement in his sonship and it doesn't flesh out in servant hood, but it becomes about the American dream. That's really what starts happening.

And God exists to make me happy is like a lie that's gotten infused into the church and we've been totally unaware. It's like when you look at your prayer life and you start realizing how much of my prayer is actually all about me trying to get things to work better in my life so I can be happy. It's like I have the right as an American to pursue happiness and to be happy. And then what happens is we start standing at altars in front of a woman or a man and we say, I've never been happier than with you.

You make me so happy. Have you ever seen that on reality TV show? Like the reality TV show moment, it's like they come and they're like, they're hanging out talking and the girl says this or the guy says, I've never, you make me so happy. If a boy ever comes to my front porch and says to me as a father about my daughter, she just makes me so happy.

I'll just be like, get out of here, right? Just like the thumbs down and like a bye bye wave. Cause that doesn't fly. The reason why it doesn't fly is because in six months she's gonna make you unhappy.

And then what do you do with that? Right? Because people start existing to make me happy. And then when they don't make me happy, I'm bitter about it and I have unforgiveness and I have self-pity and then I act out in sin.

And then there's a cycle of bitterness, self-pity, anger, frustration. And then I never talk about it with my spouse. And then I wonder why I'm so disconnected with them. And then I start realizing the reason why I signed up to get into this relationship is cause I thought they were gonna make me happy.

Because that's what America has told me life is about. Because marketing, when we wake up to when we go to sleep is you deserve to be happy. I'm gonna show you how to be happy. You deserve it.

You're entitled to happiness. So let me show you what you can buy to be happy. And we start, we're just caught in this current, we're not even aware of it. It's like the bigger, nicer, better.

More income, more impact. Those things, more income, more impact, more influence. More friends, more connections, better house, nicer car. If I can just get a little bit more vacation, if we can just get a better deal on the resort.

And we're constantly in this, I'm gonna be happy then. If you just leave me alone, so I could do what I wanna do, then I'll be happy, right? Oh man, if I can just get pregnant, if I can just find a husband, I know I came down on the brothers in the room earlier. If I can just get to the couch after a long day, I'll be happy.

And the Lord has so much more for us. He has so much more for his sons. And when I say sons, I'm talking about daughters and sons, but sons is our identity. He has so much more for us.

And it looks like certainhood. So Luke, I wanna look at the elder brother, verse 29. The older brother sees all the celebration happening and he's dejected and upset. And look at verse 29, what he says, he answered his father and he says, look for these many years I served you and I never disobeyed your command.

Yet you never gave me a young goat that I might celebrate with my friends. Can you imagine that in 2022? Dad, I've been obedient and I have served and I wanna just celebrate with a young goat with my friends. How dare you not give me a young goat?

2022, okay. Verse 30, but when the son of yours came, who has devoured your property with prostitutes, you killed the fat and calf for him. And then the father said to the son, son, you're always with me. And all that is mine is yours.

You've got the entitled son that's taking advantage of the grace that he's received as a son. And it's this picture of the group of people in the body of Christ that said, yeah, I said the prayer. I am a Christian. The people that grew up going to denominational church or a non-denominational church and they've been convinced I'm a Christian because I said a prayer.

I went through confirmation, I'm a Christian. I got baptized, I'm a Christian. I said something and I'm a Christian. But the problem is, is that they're taking advantage of the father and they actually, it's in question whether they're actually sons or not, okay?

And I'll get to that in a little bit. But then you've got the older brother and man, he's a good boy. And he's been obeying dad and he's been serving that. But he has this performance mindset and he's just as entitled as the other son but he's entitled not because they're taking advantage of the favor of the father but he's entitled because he thinks he earned it.

And so this son has his core identity as a servant that is a son and he's like the I.I. Captain guy, right? He's just fully disconnected from the father and assumes about the father that the father's kind of a slave master that doesn't actually love him. And so this son is missing it and the father responds to him and I think this is so beautiful again.

We're gonna look at it. Son, you're always with me and all that is mine is yours. All that's mine is yours. Actually, let's look at John 13.

I just wanna follow up on this. We see Jesus in John 13. I'm not gonna read it but you can look at it if you want to. A couple verses into John 13, Jesus.

This is like the apex of Jesus ministry. This is his time of greatness, okay? And this is like the climax of God's ministry on the earth. And Jesus says he knew where he had come from.

He knew where he was going and he knew that he had been given all things as the son. And because of his sonship identity, he literally bends down and becomes a servant. Out of sonship flows servanthood. Not out of sonship, I'm entitled to a happy life.

Jesus literally comes in and he goes, this is what you get to do. You get to love your enemy. You get to love those who persecute you. That does not sound like the American dream.

Love those who mistreat me. That is not a good path towards the American dream at all. And Jesus is going, this is not about you being happy. You didn't sign up to be happy.

Let's, oh man, we gotta look at Romans 10. We're just gonna look at Romans 10 real quick. All right, Romans 10, can you turn there with me? We're gonna read Romans 10.

But Jesus is modeling. This is what it means to be a son. Sons when they know who they are, they bend down and they serve. It's an overflow of love.

It's just like a bride and a groom. A wife and a husband, they love. And because they love each other, they serve each other. It's just like a child and a parent.

If your parents are over the age of 70 and they start not being able to do things for themselves, I'll just say 80. Some of you 70 year olds are like, excuse me? I can do plenty for myself. Thank you very much.

But as you get older, you don't have as much energy. And your kids that love you, if you have a healthy relationship, they start loving you through serving you. They're coming and mowing the lawn. They're coming and shoveling the driveway, right?

And from that identity of sonship, from that identity of bride, from that identity of friend, friends do this. From the place of connection and friendship, we serve each other, right? But this is what we forget. Romans 10 verse nine, look at this.

If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead. You'll be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the scripture says, everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.

This is what we were talking about even earlier with the covenants. For there is no distinction now between Jew and Greek. For the same Lord is Lord of all. But stowing his riches on all who call on him, okay?

But I want to draw attention to that phrase if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord. This is the gospel. That if you believe in your heart that Jesus died on the cross, he rose again. He ascended into heaven and he's returning.

And you believe that in your heart. Then the only response that is necessary is that you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord. What is that word Lord? That word Lord in Greek is curious.

What it means is Lord, master. Lord, master and authority. It also means owner. Okay, I'm gonna read the definition, the strong's definition.

Are you guys ready? Who loves strong's definitions? Come on. Okay, this is the meaning of the number in Greek.

Says this. He to whom a person or thing belongs about which he has power of deciding. Master or Lord. The possessor and disposer of a thing.

The owner who has control of the person. The master. It is a title of honor, expressive of respect and reverence. What this means is if you want to be a born again Christian and follow God, the very beginning of your relationship.

This is the decision you have to make. You have to decide, am I gonna believe that Jesus did what he did and is who he says he is? So that's like believing in your heart. But then you confess, you're now master and I do whatever you say.

Your Lord and whatever you say goes. It is not say a little prayer. And then he's your good luck charm when you're going into the business interview. That is not God's role in your life.

God's role isn't to give you a job. God's role isn't to make you happy and make them stop being mean to you. If you just change them, then I'll be happy. That's not God's role in your life.

Your role is to be a servant of the Lord that's rooted and grounded in your sonship and now whatever he says goes. So he said it and I'm gonna do it. And some of us are stuck. What we're stuck, okay.

Luke 17, I'm just taking us everywhere. I want us to get this. Luke 17, come on. Luke 17, I'm trying to go at this thing that's rooted in the current that we're living in.

Listen, we are swimming in this. We are swimming in the American dream so badly and it's deceiving us and, oh man. Okay, verse seven, Luke 17, verse seven. This is probably a verse that you've read before.

I want us to stand and read this passage together, okay? Oh my goodness. This is one of those passages that you skipped over in your devotions this week, all right? Luke 17, verse seven.

Jesus is talking about sharing a parable to make a point. Will any of you who has a servant plowing or keeping sheep say to him when he's come in from the field, come at once and recline at the table? No. Will he not rather say to him, prepare supper for me and dress properly and serve me while I eat and drink?

And then afterwards, you'll eat and drink. Does he think the servant, because he did what he was commanded? The rhetorical answer is no. So you also, when you have done all that you were commanded, say this, we are bond servants and we have only done what was our duty.

That is anti-American dream, right there. That is offensive to us as Westerners, isn't that right? You mean you're not gonna thank me for doing that for you? That's rude.

We feel a little like, why did, excuse me? That's, right now, we need to understand that this is a lesson that God is trying to communicate with us. There is this sunship identity he's given to us. From that place of sunship we serve.

But there's two identities that we have. Priest and servant, there are more so duty-based than love-based. And that's okay. The priest has a responsibility in the presence of God to actually partner with his heart.

And it's a duty-based role. Servants also have a responsibility to obey. It starts with listening and then it's obeying. Okay, you can sit down.

I think listening and obeying has become so uncommon. Listening, listen this, listening and obeying has become so uncommon in the body of Christ that when we actually obey God, we think that we deserve a pat on the back. That's where we're at. We're literally in the place where it's like, I obey you.

I've got to tell my accountability partner how awesome I am. That's where we're at in the body. And we just have to face the facts that we were designed for so much more. We are designed for so much more as sons.

And it's not a burden to obey him. It's literally, it's not a heavy yoke. It's not something that's like, oh, this is so painful. No, it's like, man, I get to serve my master day.

We wake up because what's happened is this American dream. It's lulled us to sleep. And we're thinking it's going to make us happy. And then we start realizing we've pursued it for a couple of years, maybe a couple of decades.

And we're so confused why we're not happy. Why don't I feel better about my life? Why don't I want to wake up in the morning like more? And it's because we've taken the bait of my life is about me.

And the Lord's going, oh, my God, and the son, I have so much more for you than you just living life and it being all about you. Getting your needs met and you getting served by others and other people making you happy and things existing to make you happy and your job being about you being happy. I mean, listen, we've literally made our jobs all about us. Whether you're an entrepreneur, whether you're a manager, whether you're an employee, you show up to work for you, most of the time.

And that's a problem because we do everything as unto the Lord. And so I'm showing up to work for him. Like I show up and I don't even show up. It's not primarily about the paycheck.

It's about being a servant of the Lord when I show up to work. So then when my manager mistreats me and I'm annoyed by the request of the micromanaging boss, it's actually not about the boss. I'm a servant of the Lord and I love the Lord. And so I'm going to do excellent work.

I'm even going to pray for blessings on the company, even when there's a lack of character at the top and I'm still going to be a blessing and still going to pray for it to prosper. That's what Jeremiah 29 says. The people of Israel are in exile in Babylon and the Lord commands them to actually seek the welfare of Babylon. This is a wicked kingdom.

This is an evil kingdom. And he says, I want you to plant gardens. I want you to have children. I want you to seek the welfare of Babylon.

And in that seeking their welfare, you're going to be blessed. But we think the other way, it's like, I got to get my own. I got to get mine. I got to get a raise.

If I don't get a raise, I'm going to be upset. I'm going to have a conversation with them about that for sure. And there's this backbiting. And then we don't do that.

And we go, I'm going to go low. Man, look at me. Look at me. Did you see how good I was?

Whoa, I'm good. I just, I obeyed him and I surfed him like the elder brother. And I deserved some blessing for that one. I went real low.

And the Lord's just going, man, you are a servant. But before a servant, you're a son. And if you know your identity and you know who you are, there's an overflow. It's an overflow just like Jesus.

Out of the overflow of knowing who He is, He bends down. Out of the overflow in His shining hour. That's what He's doing. And then I love as we're worshiping tonight, we're honoring Jesus as the lamb that was slain on a throne forever.

And I was just so struck with you didn't just stop at washing feet. No, this is your like you forever are the form of a servant as a king. Like you lead from the place of how many of you guys have heard of servant leadership? Oh, no.

You mean that's what we're talking about? It's sons that surf, right? First John 5, 3 says this, this is love for God that you obey Him. This is like the ABCs of following God is the first command is love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, all your strength, right?

And then you love your neighbor as yourself. That's gotten lost because we all know it. That's the problem. It's become so familiar.

It's become so Sunday schooly. It's become so basic that we just feel like we've graduated from it. I've graduated from like the loving God thing I know He loves me and I love Him and I've graduated from like obeying Him. But like am I really going to obey Him?

Like what is He going to ask me to do? Is He going to cost me something? Because I don't know about that. Like how much will it cost me?

Like how much inconvenience? Because America is built on convenience right now and you mean I'm not going to use ship to this week because you want me to go to Target? I don't know about that. That seems inconvenient.

The Lord is inviting us into simple obedience and my message is to not make it complicated. This doesn't need to get complicated. It's literally like the Master says something and as a son and the Father says something and then I just do it. But it gets super complicated when we start thinking that it's about us and it gets really complicated when we actually never died when we gave our life to Jesus and we never counted the cost.

Because when we signed up we thought it was about us going to heaven. I thought you came to save me and to serve me and make my life better and get me to heaven and now you're asking me to do something? Oh no. See what we've done.

See what the church has fallen into and it's been good-hearted. We want to see salvation. We want to see numbers at the altar. We want to see them say the prayer.

We want to put that up on the board. Look at how many salvation have happened. Look at how fruitful our ministry is and we're literally convincing people that their life is about heaven going to heaven and it has nothing to do with being with the Father and fully surrendering all of our raising the white flag. Literally the flag on our wall is going, this is what entry into the kingdom is.

Entry into the kingdom says my Father has expressed his love so radically because of his generous love it demands everything. He's not just like a side thing. He added to my life. No, he literally took my life over.

He's the owner. He's the manager. He's the master. And because he's the owner and the manager, I just do what he says.

And do you know what the result of that is? Is so much joy. And so it's actually, you get a return on goodness that you never dreamed of. And it's not like a mad, sad, angry, I have to frown and really be obedient and really carry the heavy yoke.

He's a Father and he loves you. Oh, this is another thing that we've totally fallen into because then he goes, whatever happens, I'm going to work all things for the good of those who love him. And we go, see, even God is about my pursuit of happiness. And we misinterpret the promise.

And good maybe doesn't look like what we thought it was. Let's all stand. The Lord is uprooting the entitled mindset of the sun. And he's uprooting the sun that was a servant rather than actually his core being a son.

And thought he was about performance. And he's going, it's actually right in the middle. You're going to be like my son. My son knew who he was.

He knew he was loved. He knew where he was come from, where he was going. And he knew what he had been given. And from that place of sonship, he served.

And he served. He was a radical servant. And I believe that when I look across the room, that I don't have, I'm not looking at a bunch of amazingly skilled, over the top qualified people, but I'm looking at people that are going to just simply obey. And something that happens is oftentimes the Lord will invite us to do something.

And it's not even that radical. The Lord's probably not going to invite you to move to Djibouti tomorrow. When we have conversations with the Lord, it doesn't have to be this radical thing. But it might be a simple adjustment that he invites you to take.

And then all of a sudden, the dominoes start falling. And all of a sudden, as you're serving, things start flourishing around you. Something that Katie and I have done, I want to hand a tool out tonight. And you can take the tool and use it in everyday life.

Because we want to equip you for everyday, right? And it's this tool. It's very simple. And it's a question.

And the question is this, Lord, is there anything that you want me to do tomorrow? Lord, is there anything that you want me to do tomorrow? And we're just going to make it really simple. And what if we, as a whole room, started asking the question, every single night, we're in bed, we get in bed, and we go, is there anything that you want me to do tomorrow?

And then we obey him. The implications of that. I don't even know how to describe how many people will be in the room that are baby followers of Jesus in the span of six months. I believe there's so much harvest coming if you just begin to start asking that question.

Lord, is there anything you want me to do tomorrow? And so we're going to practice. Are you guys ready to practice? We're going to Mondays tomorrow.

And we're going to ask him if there's anything that he wants us to do tomorrow. Can we do that? All right. So you can just ask in your own words, Lord, is there anything that you want me to do tomorrow?

If you haven't already tried to whisper that question out loud, instead of just letting me ask for you, you just ask him through whispers, is there anything that you want me to do tomorrow? It's usually the first thing that pops in your mind. Sometimes it might be a scripture. Like the Lord's quoting the scripture.

Maybe he's giving you just a scenario playing out in your head. Maybe just set a phrase to you. An example of something. There's so many things that he's saying all over the room.

But I know this last Monday, he said something to me. I said, is there anything you want me to do tomorrow? And he said, I want you to linger longer in conversations tomorrow. And I just want you to be present more.

And the fruit in one day that it was bonkers, what God did. It was crazy. How many of you heard something that you don't want to do? Raise your hand.

You're like, I'd prefer not. Raise your hand higher. Raise your hand higher. And how many of you are still going to obey him, even though you don't feel like it?

Yeah, that's good. Let's go. Let's go. We get to be sons that serve.

And it gets to be a joyful journey. I believe that for some of us, there's going to be relationships that need to end. And he's going to communicate it to you for tomorrow. I believe that some of us have been actually operating in areas in our lives that aren't actually surrendered.

And the Lord's like, yeah, I want you to cut that out of your life. And that's not who you are. You're a son. It's just not in alignment with your identity.

It's not about like you're earning anything or getting right with God. Like Jesus has made you right. But he's going, I want you to walk in your sonship. It's just not healthy for you, buddy.

I just seem like guiding us as a father. So Lord, I just declare over these sons of God that they get to step in to be in servants. The sons that serve. Servants of the Lord.

And Lord, I thank you that whenever we come and we love you, and then you invite us to serve you and we obey you, then you always invite us to serve those that you love. And so Lord, I just declare over these sons and daughters that they are radical servants, that they're the ones that will radically obey you, that simple obedience changes history, that you have called us as those that have beautiful feet, revival on feet, but you've called us into this simplicity. And so Lord, we thank you that even at our workplaces, in our neighborhoods, in the car, at breakfast time, with our kids, with our classmates, with our roommates, with our housemates that you're calling us into, being confident in our identity of sons, and just serving from there. Lord, we want to obey you.

We want to be ones that listen and obey. This is your love language. I just declare that God's love language is obedience. And we just want to love you.

We love you because you love us first. In Jesus name, amen. Amen, amen.
