Servants for Christ: Called to Humble Service & Building up the Kingdom

Greatness is something that people aspire to.  Being the best and doing whatever it takes to get there is the mentality of many, even if it means stepping on others on the way to the top.  God is calling us into His vineyard.  He is inviting us in because He desires to transform us into humble servants.  In Matthew 20 we hear about the laborers and call to mind that God asks us to come just as we are.  Some people go right away and others find the Lord later in life.  The time doesn't matter and it is the Lord who works in our lives and is able to use us to do great things.  Remember, Jesus came for all and He came "not to be served, but to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many." (Matthew 20:28)
