In her current role, Ivy is responsible to engage with executives to define and manage bespoke industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements at select key customers.  Ivy leads discovery workshops with customer leadership and their teams to understand key business objectives, challenges, desired outcomes, and future state of service delivery modernization. She also communicates strategic alignment, presents multi-year roadmaps, and documents the full business case to justify action and investment.
