Serving Second Chances Through the Kitchen: Saundra Irvine

Saundra Irvine, is the current Director of The Inspiration Kitchen at Lott Industries. Spending the majority of her career in the food and beverage industry, Irvine has done impactful work in workforce development and community engagement. An experienced chef, consultant, and lecturer, she has developed and led multiple programs aimed at helping individuals with employment barriers achieve self-sufficiency, including The Opportunity Kitchen at Catholic Charities and the CENARE program at The Sophia Quintero Art & Cultural Center.
