He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Cindy, for nearly 30 years, and they have 4 children ranging in age from 12 to 26. He has served as a worship pastor for many years while also running a successful home technologies business in North Carolina, and he speaks and writes on Biblical topics for spiritual growth, leadership, business, and other topics.   Allan also has a heart for one-on-one discipleship and mentoring men.
