SERVING WITH A WILLING HEART

Devotional Message: Scripture: "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms." – 1 Peter 4:10 God has given each of us unique gifts—not for self-glory, but to serve others and build His kingdom. In 1 Peter 4:10, we’re reminded that these gifts are expressions of His grace, and we are called to use them faithfully and willingly. Serving with a willing heart means saying “yes” to God even when it's inconvenient, unnoticed, or sacrificial. It’s not about position or praise but about love in action. Whether you're teaching, encouraging, giving, praying, or simply offering a helping hand, every act of service matters when done with the right heart. A willing heart reflects the attitude of Jesus, who came not to be served but to serve. True service flows from gratitude—recognizing how much we’ve received and longing to give back. As we serve others, we become living vessels of God’s grace, shining His light in practical, powerful ways. Today, ask yourself: Am I serving others with joy and willingness? How can I use my gifts more fully for God’s purpose? Prayer: AlmightyFather, thank You for the gifts You’ve placed in me. Teach me to serve with a willing heart—joyfully, faithfully, and humbly. Help me to be a channel of Your grace to others, using all I have for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
