In this Session Zero, we step into the rich fantasy world of Elsewhere using the Daggerheart RPG ruleset, exploring characters, themes, and the dangers lurking just beyond the edges of civilization. Run by Nate, this campaign introduces five player characters, a mix of returning favorites and brand-new faces, as they answer a growing call from the forests surrounding the town of Foulstrum. Strange omens, dark magic, and an unsettling presence hint that something ancient is stirring — and Sanctuary may not be as safe as its name suggests. Whether you’re a TTRPG fan, a Daggerheart player, or someone who loves Dungeons & Dragons–style storytelling, Critical Role–inspired actual plays, and immersive worldbuilding, this Session 0 is the perfect entry point. Learn about character backstories, party dynamics, safety tools, and campaign expectations as we prepare to embark on an epic fantasy adventure full of mystery, emotion, and danger.
