In this episode, I get into the f-up thing that often happens in families or friend groups when we are the ones that say NO MORE, tell the truth no one wants told, and drag those skeletons out into the open. Unfortunately, what usually happens is that the truth-teller is rejected, ostracized, and slandered because they had the audacity to not keep secrets and prop up a toxic system. It doesn't matter that everyone involved knew/knows that the person that did/is doing the damage is a terrible person, abusive, dangerous, racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc. what matters to them is you weren't/aren't willing to keep that secret - that's what they don't like! So reward and honor all the beautiful work you are doing BIG and small. You deserve all the rewards and honors for doing hard things. There's a little surprise at the very end of this episode.
